Quickstep

The Quickstep, as it's name suggests, is a lively and energetic dance with many nimble hops and kicks as the partners move around the dance floor. The tempo is faster than the Foxtrot and it is one of the five International Ballroom Competition dances. Beautifully costumed and talented dancers are encouraged to compete in this category both in the UK and International.
