Idol UK 2008 Auditions for Singers 

Auditions are still being held nationwide in the Idol UK 2008 search for talented singers. Contestants are invited to enter auditions to qualify for the regional finals and the lucky finalists will compete for the Idol Uk 2008 title at the National Final in Portsmouth on the 29th November. Entrants must be prepared to travel.

The Idol 2008 Song and Dance audition dates are listed here below. Age groups 12 - 18yrs and 18yrs & over.

Although I am not fond of advertising competitions whose entries are taken via text this one looks ok, the £3 charge is for the audition fee. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Live and Unsigned Music Competition.

Auditions are now taking place for

the biggest Nationwide music competition

outside that certain ITV show.

You are invited to enter Live and Unsigned the National music competition for Unsigned Bands and singers to perform Live.

The difference with Live and Unsigned is the acts taking part are encouraged to

• do their own thing;
  
• be individual, original,
  
• perform their own genre and style Live.

With over 10,000 registrations in 2007 it is the biggest nationwide music talent search outside that certain ITV TV show.

Enter Live & Unsigned 2008 to be best female solo artist, best male artist, best vocal group or the UK's best Live & Unsigned band of 2008.

There are two age categories of

• 18 and over
  
• and under 18.
  

The 18 and over has the chance to win the overall competition and a recording and Management contract with up to £20,000 investment to release your single with Future music and UK tour.

The competition is Judged on Live performances from Auditions to Live Stages to regional final and National Grand Final.

Saturday 16^th February 2008 South West
