Mum sews in 'spare time' to fund Daughters Ambition PDF Print E-mail

Having been in the same position with my own daughter, I was touched by the dedication of one of our Registered Community Members Carole Ellison, who gives up her spare time' to sew costumes for her daughter, and friends to save money and fund her daughters ambition.

Below is a quote from her profile:

"Our eldest daughter Kelsey would like to pursue a career in performing arts. For those of you who know her story, (see editors comment) you will know how much it means to her to fulfil her ambition.

It is because of this that I have decided to branch out making dance costumes in my 'spare time' to help fund her schooling, all proceeds from sales will go to replace material and go into her college fund.

If I can help anyone in any way please contact me".

Carole's daughter's costumes are listed for sale in our Nu 2 U classified ads section please take a look. We can help Support Carole in her drive to get her daughter into college by looking through her costumes for sale or by letting her help you out if you are stuck for a costume.
